Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The Kitchen Team Member will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Duties

- Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, mixing, and portioning ingredients
- Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Support serving staff with timely delivery of food items when needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety of all products




- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting overall restaurant operations

Skills

- Experience in cooking, meal preparation, or food service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant procedures, including serving and food presentation
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the kitchen setting
