Duties

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
- Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling to enhance clients’ natural beauty.
- Educate guests on skincare routines, product benefits, and recommend retail products tailored to their skin type and preferences.
- Conduct product demos and upsell services or retail items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.




- Deliver exceptional guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and managing client flow to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling with precision.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product recommendations effectively.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently.
- Hospitality-minded attitude with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
