We pride ourselves on creating high-quality solar traffic calming products in a fast-paced, team-focused setting. We are seeking a highly organized Inventory Clerk to join our team. Job Summary

In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse. You will keep our production lines moving by making sure we always have the right raw materials and parts in stock. You will balance your day between the active manufacturing floor (counting, receiving, and organizing stock) and the office computer (updating our ERP systems).

Core Responsibilities

- Manage ERP Data: Use our digital system daily to track inventory movements, log stock, and update material statuses.
- Count Inventory: Perform daily and weekly physical cycle counts of materials to ensure accurate stock records.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Investigate and fix errors when the physical count does not match our digital records.
- Receive Shipments: Inspect incoming goods for damage and check that packing slips match received goods and receive POs in our ERP system.
- Organize Stock: Keep the warehouse materials labelled properly and stored safely so the production team can find them fast.





What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse, shipping/receiving department, or manufacturing plant.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting data, using basic formulas, and filtering spreadsheets).
- ERP Experience: Prior experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for inventory control is required. Direct experience with NetSuite is a major asset.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy when working with part numbers, serial codes, and digital system logs.
- Amazing Organization: You are naturally neat, love order, and nothing slips past your attention to detail.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably and spend several hours on your feet in a warehouse setting.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
