Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) to join our growing team. The successful candidate will supervise behaviour therapists, deliver direct therapy, support families, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role includes local commuting to client homes, schools, in-clinic, and community settings as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical supervision to Behaviour Therapists, including oversight of programming, session fidelity, and career development.
- Conduct direct ABA-based therapy and model intervention strategies aligned with neuro-affirming principles.
- Complete skill and behaviour assessments, and write individualized treatment plans.
- Analyze and interpret behavioural data to guide ongoing programming and decision-making.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental-health professionals, and caregivers.
- Maintain clear, timely, and clinically accurate documentation.




- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional training.
- Travel between clients within the community (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
- Uphold ethical standards as per the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts (Ontario) and applicable professional guidelines.

Qualifications

- Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) designation in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supervising ABA staff and delivering behaviour therapy.
- Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and case-management skills.
- Commitment to neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practice.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

Work Location: On the road
