The Position:
Plan, organize and direct the daily operations ofmanufacturing to meet sales requirements in a safe and productive manner

Salary range: $80,000-85,000

Specific Accountabilities:

Ensure that all products are manufactured in accordance with company specifications
Preparing daily and weekly schedule in CSB system
Ensure plant efficiencies, including product scheduling and raw material availability
Scheduling of employees
Attract, retain and motivate the best possible people
Conduct Employee performance reviews and pay reviews according to company procedures
Promote the training and development of the skills of all Production staff
Promote cross training of employees in your department
Follow company policies and procedures

Ideal Qualifications:
Good planning and organizing skills
Flexible to work all scheduled shifts which may include weekends
Ability to work with minimal supervision
First aid and C.P.R. certificate
College degree with a production major
Good problem-solving skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Data entry and computer knowledge
Basic mathematics and ability to do required calculations
J.H.S.C. experience
