We require a Live-in Superintendent team (team of 2) for a building located in Waterloo. You must have an outgoing personality and be customer service focused and thrive in a team environment. This position requires you to live on site.

Duties include:

Interaction with tenants and addressing their concerns.

Cleaning common areas of the building

Showing and leasing vacant units

Preparing vacant units on turnover for new tenants.

Completing minor maintenance in occupied and vacant units.

Supervision of trades while on site completing repairs.

Coordination of repairs to the property.

Completion of daily paperwork and logs.

Collection and depositing of rents.

Completing duties as assigned by the Property Manager.

Compensation includes apartment, salary and benefits.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $34,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
