Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment, prefer someone who can work weekdays morning. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a robust understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Taking orders on the phone & other platforms and pack to-go orders when ready
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders.




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Smart Serve require
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Bartender skill is an asset
- Experience in food handling and preparation is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
