Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh sandwiches and salads according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently with Micros POS or similar systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly sanitizing workstations, utensils, and food contact surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while upholding high service standards.




- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.

Experience

- Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash handling tools is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
