Paint of Interest Red Deer is looking for a part-time Creative Team Member to help customers have an amazing hands-on art experience.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome guests and guide them as they create beautiful pottery
- Assist with classes, workshops, and private events
- Support customer bookings and day-to-day studio tasks
- Share tips, encouragement, and enthusiasm to help everyone feel confident and inspired
- Working primarily weekends and evenings

What We’re Looking For

- A positive, customer-focused attitude – you love helping people have fun and feel successful.
- Experience in customer service.
- An interest in art, painting, or crafts (no need to be a professional, you just need to love art - we’ll teach you the skills you need!)




- A willingness to learn new techniques and grow your creativity
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of point of sale software, Word, Excel, and email
- Familiarity with social media (Instagram/Facebook reels, or similar) is an asset
- Mostly rotating shifts on weekends with the occasional weekday shift.
- Must be 18+ (we are a licensed facility)

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
