Walker’s Water Systems is a family-owned water treatment company headquartered in Kipling, Saskatchewan. We provide high-pressure reverse osmosis and water treatment solutions to homes, farms and businesses across Western Canada.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated Digital Media Content Creator to join our marketing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence, telling our story, and helping future clients discover us.

This is a full time position based out of Kipling, SK. Regular travel to installations, events, trade shows and other content locations will also be part of the role.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Posting

- Develop original content for Instagram and Facebook
- Create and post engaging TikTok videos
- Write captions and craft engaging Instagram/Facebook stories
- Stay on top of current trends and apply them to content

Creative Campaign Support

- Come up with fresh ideas for Reels, TikToks, and campaigns
- Assist in developing content for marketing campaigns
- Capture and edit videos that could be used for ads.

Platform & Community Management

- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on social platforms occasionally




- Help maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels

You’re a Great Fit If You:

- Are based in Kipling or within reasonable travelling distance
- Are independent, driven and self-motivated
- Take initiative and don’t need constant direction
- Can take content from idea → filming → editing → posting
- Are confident on camera and enjoy being part of the content
- Have experience or passion for content creation on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Love collaborating but can also run with your own ideas
- Have a passion for photography and videography

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in social media marketing or managing business accounts
- Familiarity with running Meta ads or understanding targeting basics
- Basic knowledge of content planning tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Experience creating graphics and videos/Reels
- Willingness to go on content trips to capture footage at installs or events
