Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled kitchen manager to join our culinary team. The position will lead in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise kitchen staff
- Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
- Oversee food production to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Collaborate with the regional chef to develop new dishes and specials
- Monitor kitchen operations to meet customer expectations

Skills:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques




- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities

- Knowledge of kitchen operations within the food industry
