Windsor, ON | Full-Time | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Are you an experienced forklift driver looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is growing their team and is looking for a reliable, safety-minded forklift driver who knows how to keep materials moving and warehouse operations running smoothly.
If you have 2+ years of forklift experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and/or clamp forklifts.
- Load and unload trailers, containers, and transport vehicles.
- Move raw materials, finished products, and components throughout the facility.
- Deliver materials to production lines on schedule.
- Scan and track inventory using WMS systems or scanners.
- Inspect materials and packaging for damage or discrepancies.
- Support shipping, receiving, stock audits, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.
- Report shortages, damages, and safety concerns.
- Follow company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and forklift recertification.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recent forklift experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
- Valid forklift certification; counterbalance, reach, or clamp experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate equipment and remain active for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Shift and Schedule
12-hour rotating shifts
Must be available for both day and midnight shifts.
Additional Requirements
- 6-inch static-dissipative work boots required.
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check.
- Must meet all company safety and PPE requirements.
