Job Overview

JAZ Property Maintenance is seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape and Snow Removal Laborer to join our team year-round. This role involves landscaping services in the warmer months and snow removal during the winter. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors in all seasons, takes pride in their work, and is a self-starter who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Landscaping

- Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, edging, and aerating
- Install and maintain gardens, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
- Assist with landscape construction, such as laying sod, installing patios, and building retaining walls
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Perform general property clean-up and maintenance

Snow Removal (Winter)

- Clear snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and parking lots using shovels, snowblowers, and plow trucks
- Apply salt, sand, or de-icing materials as needed
- Respond to snowfall events in a timely manner, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Operate and maintain snow removal equipment

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license (required)



and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or snow removal is preferred
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working long hours outdoors, and handling physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
