Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, scoring systems, and other related equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of bowling machinery promptly to minimize downtime.
- Calibrate lane machinery to meet safety standards and ensure consistent game quality.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory tracking.
- Assist staff with equipment setup for league play, tournaments, or special events to guarantee smooth operations.




- Conduct safety checks regularly and address any hazards or malfunctions immediately to uphold a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Stay informed about new technology updates or equipment upgrades and recommend improvements when appropriate.

Skills

- Solid mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing complex machinery or electronic systems.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols related to mechanical and electronic equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in maintenance or technical repair roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
