We are looking to hire a Prep Cook to join our team! Must be available to work weekends and day-shifts during the week, hours will be 20-30 hours/week, with fluctuation for busier days.

Prep Cook Job Responsibilities:

- Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
- Prepare simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches, platters etc.
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces and taking out the trash
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned




- Deliver catering orders to clients in their own vehicle, or the work vehicle

Prep Cook Qualifications/Requirements:

- 1-2 years kitchen experience (catering experience will be considered an asset, but not necessary)
- Driver's License and reliable vehicle REQUIRED
- Food Safe Certificate
- Ability to work well with others, as well as on their own
- Knife Skills
