Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor for Quick Service Restaurant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be freindly and sincere. you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

MUST BE AVAILABLE THURS-SUNDAY . THERE ARE OTHER SHIFTS BUT THESE DAYS ARE ALSO MANDATORY

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives

- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members

- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality customer service

- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

-Help in kitchen with prep, vegetable prep, washing dishes, cleaning

-Cross training with cooking will be trained.

Qualifications:

Food Safe LEvel 1 certificate





- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively

- Proficient in math calculations for handling financial transactions

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages

- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively

- Familiarity with market trends and customer service best practices

- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing customer service representatives

Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour
