We’re hiring Sales Representatives to represent a well-known financial brand inside major retail locations.
Your job is simple: talk to customers, understand what they need, explain the benefits of a credit card, and help them complete an application.

What You’ll Do
Talk to customers in a retail store and introduce them to a credit card product
Ask questions and understand customers’ needs
Explain product benefits in a simple and friendly way
Help interested customers complete an application
Create positive customer experiences
Build relationships with store staff
Work toward daily and monthly sales goals
Travel between nearby store locations when needed
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to current people
Robust communication skills
Motivated by goals and earning potential
Positive and professional attitude
Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
Willing to learn and take coaching
Comfortable handling customer information professionally
Able to complete a criminal and credit background check
A valid driver's license or access to a vehicle is helpful, but not required.

Base hourly wage + uncapped commission
