Full-Time Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager

Independent Community Pharmacy | Full-Time | Manitoba

We are looking for a motivated and personable Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager to join our growing team of pharmacists.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a traditional dispensing position. You will be joining a friendly independent pharmacy with a manageable prescription volume, allowing you to spend more time with patients, build relationships within the community, and help grow the business.

As part of our rapidly growing pharmacy team, you will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on a percentage of sales/performance, rewarding you for helping the pharmacy grow.

Responsibilities

As Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing safe and accurate prescription dispensing
- Patient counselling and medication management
- Conducting medication reviews and other professional pharmacy services
- Administering injections where appropriately trained and authorized
- Building strong relationships with patients, prescribers, and the local community
- Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations




- Supporting pharmacy staff and maintaining an efficient workflow
- Ensuring compliance with applicable pharmacy standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identifying opportunities to expand pharmacy services and grow the business
- Helping develop and maintain a strong, loyal patient base

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- A licensed pharmacist, or eligible for licensure, in Manitoba
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients
- Reliable and responsible
- Interested in leadership and pharmacy management
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Interested in growing professionally and financially with the business
- Entrepreneurial and interested in helping build and grow an independent pharmacy
- Looking for a long-term opportunity, rather than simply another pharmacist position

Previous pharmacy management experience is an asset, but we are also open to an experienced pharmacist who is ready to take the next step into management.

Compensation

Competitive pharmacist salary / hourly rate based on experience

PLUS opportunity for additional performance-based compensation tied to pharmacy sales/growth.
