JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Full Stack Developer Lead to support a major digital transformation initiative within a leading bank. This role is for an upcoming vacancy and will be a 12-month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversion to full-time permanent.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering, experience delivering within complex enterprise environments, the ability to write high-quality code while leading multiple teams and work streams.

This role will support a broader transformation effort aimed at modernizing/migrating the digital experience and improving responsiveness, operational efficiency, and business value delivery. As part of this initiative, the engineering team is working within a modernizing cloud environment with growing emphasis on AWS, containerization, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java-based full stack development




- Development team management experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- ○ Java, APIs, and backend development ○ Angular ○ Oracle databases
- Solid experience working within cloud environments, with exposure to or hands-on work in:

○ AWS (Lambda, APIs, containerization, IAM, & security) ○ CI/CD pipelinesWorking with offshore development teamsNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g., Terraform)Prior experience with platform modernization or migration initiatives

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Strong ability to work independently
- Experience working in financial services or highly regulated environments
- Exposure to or involvement in AI implementation or integration initiatives
- Experience supporting or delivering work within large-scale digital transformation programs

Pay: $68.00-$77.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
