Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310S Automotive Technician or 2nd/ 3rd year apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. As a 310S Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various makes and models of vehicles, including oil changes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify problems accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all services performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous education and training.




- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.

Skills

- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is preferred but not required.
- Experience with hybrid vehicles is a plus.
