Production Worker

The Opportunity

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Worker to support our busy coffee production line.

This is a full time position working four 10-hour shifts per week.

What You’ll Do

- Complete pre-operational and post-operational checklists.
- Fill coffee bags and pack them into boxes or trays.
- Confirm that product weights, labels, and best-before dates are accurate.
- Wrap and prepare skids as required.
- Maintain an adequate supply of boxes, trays, tape, wrap, fresh seals, and labels.
- Keep the production floor clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, including requirements for hairnets, aprons, and appropriate clothing.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Complete production documentation accurately.

Physical and Work Requirements

This position involves working in a manufacturing environment and requires the ability to:

- Stand for extended periods.
- Reach, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
- Lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds to waist height.
- Move equipment or materials weighing up to 100 pounds by pushing or pulling.
