Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience

Must have your own reliable vehicle

Valid driver’s licence required

Must have your own basic painting tools

Excellent attention to detail

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Willing to learn and follow company methods and standards

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in customers’ homes and maintaining a clean, professional job site

Typical Duties

Interior and exterior painting

Cutting, rolling and brushing

Surface preparation

Sanding, filling and caulking

Painting walls, ceilings, trim and doors

New construction and residential repainting

Protecting floors, furniture and surrounding surfaces





Maintaining clean and organized job sites

Completing work to a high qualified standard

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Fast-paced work environment

Must be willing and able to travel to different job sites

Physically demanding work

Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending and reaching
