We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Router/Dispatcher / Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift, along with some experience in dispatching, routing, and office administration.

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is comfortable working both in the warehouse and in an office environment.

Main Duties :

- Assist with dispatching and coordinating daily deliveries and pickups.
- Assist with route planning and scheduling drivers.
- Communicate with drivers regarding delivery schedules, routes, and job instructions.
- Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, delivery, and dispatch documentation.
- Operate a sit-down propane counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers.
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Enter and update information in computer systems, spreadsheets, or dispatch software.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate with customers, drivers, and internal staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other administrative and general labour duties as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Some experience with dispatching, routing, logistics, or coordinating drivers is an asset.




- Previous experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift is an asset.
- A valid forklift certification is an asset.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and email.
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal background check
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
- Ability to perform physical general labour duties, including lifting and moving materials.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 2:00 am-10:00 am, Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, organized, and adaptable — someone who can jump on a forklift or help in the warehouse when needed, but can also sit at a computer and assist with dispatching, routing, scheduling, and office duties.
