Front Desk / Guest Experience Coordinator

Poppy Hair Salon is looking for a full-time or part time Front Desk / Guest Experience Coordinator to join our busy salon in Kitsilano. Full time is 40 hours a week and part-time is 25hours to 30 hours a week

We are ideally looking for a full-time team member, but part-time is also an option for the right candidate with adaptable availability that aligns with our salon’s needs. Wage will vary based on experience and availability.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an essential role in creating a warm, welcoming, and exceptional salon experience.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, multitasking, and finding solutions when challenges arise.

Ideal Candidate

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
