Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs in our care. You will interact with both the dogs and their owners, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. This position requires a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks associated with caring for dogs.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and engage with dogs in playgroups to ensure safety and proper behavior.
- Monitor the health and well-being of all dogs in the daycare, reporting any concerns to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility by regularly cleaning play areas, kennels, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with dog owners regarding their pets' activities and needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting of dogs as necessary, ensuring their comfort and safety during transitions.




- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both dogs and staff.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to dog behavior and care.

Qualifications

- Previous experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
