About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, our Service Advisors play a huge role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. You’ll help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate repairs with the shop, provide estimates, and keep the day moving efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and being part of a hardworking, supportive team.

Minimal weekends required — only during our busiest seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Service & Front Counter

- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Listen to customer concerns and help guide them through recommended services and repairs
- Answer questions clearly and professionally
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with care and professionalism

Estimates, Sales & Scheduling

- Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate and schedule mechanical work with the shop team
- Help customers prioritize work based on safety and budget
- Create invoices and process payments accurately

Daily Operations





- Maintain an organized and professional front showroom area
- Assist with cash handling and balancing the till at the end of the day
- Support the team wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive or service advising experience is an asset
- Experience with estimating, invoicing, scheduling, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Someone who can multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs when required
- Full-time availability (5 days per week, with overtime when needed)

We’re open to training the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

Schedule

- 8.5-hour shifts
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
