Snapshot of the Position

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for baking. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily production of a wide variety of baked goods as well as providing support to other departments.

What You’ll Do

- Preparing and baking dough for pastry, bread and making dessert.
- Frosting and decorating cakes or other baked goods.
- Operating baking machines and rotating stock.
- Preparation, packaging and displaying of deli foods
- Process customer deli orders
- Trimming, crisping, rotation, preparation, cutting and packaging of produce products
- Merchandising and product displays in bakery, deli and produce cases.
- Keeping work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to food, health and safety standards at all times.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.




- Any additional duties as required.

What We Are Looking For

- Strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg is a definite asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.

Rate of Pay

$16.35 - $17.69 per hour.

Hours of Work

32+ hours per week; mornings, days, evenings, weekends as needed; anytime availability.
