We are seeking a passionate, style-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our Ladies' Department team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover confidence through fashion. Whether styling a complete wardrobe makeover or helping a customer find the perfect accessory, your goal is to deliver world-class service.

What We Are Looking For

Previous retail, styling, or customer service experience preferred.A strong passion for fashion and a sharp eye for visual merchandising. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment. Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized styling assistance.
- Maintain expert knowledge of current fashion trends, fits, and fabrics.
- Style mannequins and maintain visually stunning department displays.
- Drive sales by matching customer needs with our product offerings.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and inventory organized.

Pay: From $16.35 per hour
