AI Content Creator – Organic Marketing

Job Type: Remote, Commission-Based
Starting Compensation: 20% commission on net profit generated by the products you manage, with opportunities to earn a higher percentage as your skills and results improve.

About the Role

We are hiring a motivated AI Content Creator to produce short-form videos for organic e-commerce and dropshipping brands.

You do not need to find products, develop marketing strategies, or pay for AI tools. We will provide:

- Clear instructions for every video
- Examples and reference videos to follow
- Product information and creative direction
- Access to the required AI tools and platform credits
- Feedback to help you improve

Your responsibility is execution: turning our instructions and concepts into convincing, high-quality short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

- Create a minimum of three completed videos per day
- Maintain consistent daily output and meet deadlines
- Use AI image and video-generation tools to create realistic content
- Follow supplied scripts, references, hooks, and creative directions
- Make revisions based on feedback
- Keep files and projects organized
- Continuously improve video quality, realism, pacing, and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly if a project is delayed or instructions are unclear

Compensation and Growth

This is a commission-based opportunity.

You will begin by earning 20% of the net profit generated by the products you manage. Your commission percentage can increase as you demonstrate:

- Consistent daily output
- Better creative quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliability and rapid turnaround times
- Videos that generate views, engagement, and sales




- The ability to work with less supervision

There is no guaranteed revenue or income. Earnings depend on the performance and profitability of the products and content.

E-commerce sales can increase significantly during the final months of the year. Based on our current plans, we are targeting approximately $300,000 in revenue between now and the end of December. This is a business projection, not a guarantee. The right person will have an opportunity to earn more as the company and their responsibilities grow.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

- Have experience creating TikTok, Instagram Reel, or other short-form content
- Understand what makes a video feel realistic and engaging
- Have experience with AI image or video-generation tools
- Can follow detailed instructions without repeatedly making the same mistakes
- Are dependable and capable of producing content consistently
- Learn quickly and respond well to direct feedback
- Care about performance, not just making videos that look attractive

Previous e-commerce or dropshipping experience is an advantage but is not required.

Requirements

- Daily availability
- Ability to complete at least three videos per day
- Strong written communication
- Portfolio or examples of previous video work
- Willingness to complete a short skills assessment
