Employer Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated sales representative to help us bring new employers into our staffing network. Your main job is to go out, contact businesses, meet employers, and onboard companies that are looking for workers.

Responsibilities:

Visit businesses and speak with owners/managers

Find companies that are actively hiring

Introduce our staffing services

Onboard current employer accounts

Follow up with employers and build long-term relationships

Work with our recruitment team to fill their staffing needs

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s licence

Must have your own vehicle

Must be comfortable driving to businesses and meeting employers in person

Strong communication and sales skills

Must be confident approaching new businesses

Self-motivated and results-driven

Sales or business development experience is an asset

Pay: Base salary, Commission on new employer accounts, Full-time position

This role is ideal for someone who is confident, outgoing, and motivated by commission and growth.

Pay: $38,877.13-$96,980.69 per year
