As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, actively engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing accounts to expand our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, negotiation skills, and business development acumen to make a tangible impact in a rapid-paced environment. Your energetic approach will help you identify new opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships that benefit both our clients and our organization.

Responsibilities

- Learn OLFA CORP.'s cabinetry, manufacturing process, pricing and production capabilities
- Find and approach builders, renovators, developers, installers, designers and cabinet dealers
- Visit potential clients and construction businesses
- Generate qualified residential and commercial project opportunities
- Build ongoing contractor and dealer accounts
- Present samples,



cabinet options and factory capabilities
- Follow up on quotes until the project is awarded
- Maintain records of every lead, meeting, quotation and result
- Bring projects into the company.

Skills

- Solid foundational experience required in cabinetry, kitchen and/or construction industry. (We will guide you on anything technically related. For ex: a cabinet's assembly system.)
- Existing relationships with Alberta or Edmonton builders, contractors, designers or installers are strongly preferred
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements and construction terminology
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and follow-up ability
- Comfortable visiting jobsites, showrooms and contractor office.
