Duties

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues early.
- Diagnose mechanical problems using technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and your mechanical knowledge.
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies to promote a protected working environment.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery or equipment,



following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in repairing diverse machinery or systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers.
- Experience operating power tools including drills, grinders, saws, and impact wrenches.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report findings clearly.
- Physical ability to lift heavy parts, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks safely.
