Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Restoration Carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing repair/ restoration projects. Your expertise will help transform damaged properties into protected, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects within the restoration industry, utilizing your extensive carpentry skills and construction knowledge to deliver exceptional results efficiently and safely.

Duties

- Perform framing, insulation, drywall, taping, painting, trim carpentry, and door hanging to restore damaged structures with precision and craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret scopes/work orders and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques for various carpentry and construction tasks.
- Install fixtures such as cabinets, flooring (tile laying and flooring installation), , and other remodeling elements.
- Assist with heavy lifting and site preparation while adhering to safety standards on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Experience





- Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with a strong background in carpentry and remodeling projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, scopes/work orders
- Familiarity with various building materials including woodwork, tile & flooring products.
- Demonstrated ability to perform drywall finishing, fixture installation (cabinets & doors), roofing repairs or replacements.
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols on active construction sites.
- Knowledge of the restoration industry standards combined with maintenance person skills such as electrical work or small plumbing projects is a plus.
