Duties

- Lead and organize flag football practices and games for children of various skill levels, ensuring activities are fun and inclusive.
- Teach fundamental football techniques, rules of the game, and safety protocols to young players.
- Foster a positive team environment by promoting good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect among participants.
- Monitor children during activities to ensure safety and address any behavioral or safety concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about schedules, progress, and any important updates.
- Assist in setting up equipment, field arrangements,



and maintaining a clean and organized playing area.
- Encourage skill development through age-appropriate coaching methods that motivate children to improve their abilities.

Skills

- Strong background in teaching or coaching youth sports with a passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of flag football rules, techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to engage children effectively and collaborate with parents and team staff.
- Ability to demonstrate basic swimming skills is a plus for safety awareness around water-related activities or facilities.
- Energetic attitude with the ability to motivate young athletes and create an enjoyable learning workplace.
