Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Surveillance Operator. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring various surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of our facilities, personnel, assets, and guests.

Responsibilities

- Continuously monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Respond promptly to alerts, investigating incidents with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain detailed logs of surveillance activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies or emergency responders during incidents or investigations as needed..
- Follow established protocols for access control, visitor screening, and incident response procedures..
