Sales Operations Coordinator

Location: Dartmouth
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support throughout the entire sales and order process.

The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Service, Finance, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and customer expectations are consistently met.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare quotations and pricing information for customers
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate supplier information, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and inventory records within company systems
- Support shipping, invoicing, and order fulfillment activities
- Track order progress and provide updates to customers and internal teams
- Assist with post-order follow-up and customer satisfaction initiatives
- Resolve customer concerns and order-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all documentation




- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order processing, administration, or a related role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Skilled and positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues
