Responsibilities

- Reading blueprints and designs prepared by other architects, construction professionals, and ensuring they meet building code recommendations and requirements.
- Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed.
- Collaborating with contractors, architects, and other tradespeople on projects.
- Installing doors, windows, floors, cabinetry, and other fixtures.
- Install siding and roofing materials to protect buildings from weather elements.
- Managing construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintaining a secure and clean work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.





Experience

- Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified carpenter on residential and/or commercial construction projects.

Key Skills

- A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
- The ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to calculate measurements, angles, and material needs accurately.
- Expertise in woodworking, framing, and finishing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Completing projects on schedule while maintaining quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour
