Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to customers or servers
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours




- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
- Positive communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction when needed
- Knowledge of serving protocols and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Flexibility to adapt to different station assignments within the kitchen as required
