We're a family-owned Kubota dealership looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.

Type:
Full-Time

Wage:
CA$65,000.00 - CA$250,000.00 per year
Compensation will be a combination of a base salary and commission. There is no commission cap.

Hours:
40+ Hours Per Week

Experience:
3-5 years sale experience

What You'll Do:

- Find new leads: Prospect potential clients through cold calling, referrals, networking, and events.
- Demonstrate products: Present features and benefits to customers and explain how offerings solve their problems.
- Negotiate terms: Discuss prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates to close deals.
- Manage accounts: Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Provide support: Answer questions and resolve issues after the sale to keep clients happy.

What You Bring:

- The successful candidate should have 3 – 5 years sale experience in the agriculture or heavy equipment sector. Other sales experience may be considered.
- Personal attributes including; friendly, knowledgeable, professional, solutions orientated, team focused, and goal driven.
- Be comfortable and knowledgeable with technology in agricultural equipment as well as office systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Be comfortable working outside normal working hours of 8 – 5 should the situation call for going the extra mile.
- Driving License Class 5 (required)
