TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading Canadian retailer specializing in premium athletic apparel. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable and experienced warehouse associates looking to work in a fast-paced, contemporary distribution environment in Brampton.

Who We’re Looking For

- Ability to independently lift items weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally heavier items with assistance.
- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of scheduled shift hours.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical activities including pushing, pulling, lifting, twisting, using stairs, crouching, bending, reaching, and stooping.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined or tight spaces while following all required safety protocols.
- Comfortable working in an environment with multiple temperature zones and variable noise levels.
- Ability to learn and use in-house software applications and third-party technologies.




- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications for data entry and workplace communication.
- Flexibility to occasionally support evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on operational requirements.
- Ability to understand, speak, and read English sufficiently to follow safety policies, training, instructions, and workplace procedures.

Physical Requirements

- Lift up to 50 lbs independently.
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Regularly push, pull, lift, twist, bend, crouch, reach, and stoop.
- Perform the essential physical duties required for daily warehouse operations safely and effectively.
