As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator/Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring successful project execution.

Position Overview:

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the estimation, planning, and management of various projects within our trade industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate project cost estimates based on labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor quotes.

Analyse blueprints, specifications, and scope of work to determine project requirements.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to negotiate pricing and contracts.

Monitor project progress, addressing challenges, and implementing solutions.





Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Maintain documentation and reporting for project tracking and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar field.

Education: Certificate or Diploma in related field.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating/project management software (e.g., Procore) As well as Microsoft Suite.

Strong Communication: Ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to challenges and attention to detail. Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
