Graceway Wellness is a growing psychotherapy practice in Burlington, Ontario, founded on strong clinical care with client-led integration of Christian faith for clients who desire it. Faith is a meaningful part of the clinic’s identity and internal culture, while clinical work remains ethical, client-led, and respectful of clients from all backgrounds.

We have consistent, growing demand for couples counselling and are looking for a therapist whose primary passion is working with couples — someone who wants relationship work to be the core of their caseload, not an occasional add-on.

The Role

This role focuses primarily on couples counselling, with the option of a smaller individual caseload if desired. Couples referrals are steady, and this position exists specifically because demand exceeds our current team’s capacity.

Work may include virtual and/or in-person sessions, depending on fit and availability.

Areas of Practice

- Couples counselling: communication breakdown, conflict cycles, disconnection, trust and repair
- Premarital preparation and marriage enrichment
- Faith-informed relationship work when couples desire it
- Optional: individual adult therapy (anxiety, life transitions, relational concerns)

What We’re Looking For





- Fully registered psychotherapist or social worker in Ontario (RP or RSW — autonomous practice, no supervision requirement)
- Training in a recognized couples modality — EFT, Gottman, or equivalent — with experience or strong readiness to carry a couples-focused caseload
- Comfort working in a Christian-founded clinic serving both Christian and non-Christian clients
- Professional, ethical, and reliable clinical practice
- Availability to build toward a consistent caseload — evening availability is welcome but not required

Practice Model

- Revenue-split associate model — no fixed overhead costs
- Clinic provides marketing, client intake, admin systems, and practice software
- Consultation flow is active; caseloads are built steadily rather than left to the therapist to generate
