Job Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Associate to join our team at Exhibition Hub. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: (Responsibilities may vary depending on assigned position.)

- Communicate effectively with customers, managers and colleagues
- Answer Guest inquiries and assist Guests when needed
- Collect and scan tickets at Box Office
- Perform Merchandise and Concession sales and stock items as needed
- Assist with VR preparation and sales.
- Communicate information to guests and monitor assigned rooms for safety and a first-class guest experience
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures (including Covid), including cleaning tasks
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality,



willing to actively engage with guests
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to read and speak English.
- Ability to stand and walk for 90-100% of shift
- Ability to work flexible shifts – days, evenings and weekends, and holidays.
- Safety awareness

PREREQUISITES:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Highschool or GED graduate
- Preference for those with 2+ years Customer Service experience

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.50 per hour
