Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise, including technology products and accessories
- Perform sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,



and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow store policies on cash handling, phone etiquette, and organizational procedures
- Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation

Skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about features
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Effective phone etiquette for handling inquiries remotely when needed
- Upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
