About the Position

Thai Spice Co. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Plating Production Associate to join our kitchen team. This is a fast-paced production kitchen, so we are looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Position : Plating Production Associate

Schedule : Part time — Friday to Sunday

Hours : 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pay : $20/hour

Requirements

- Must be reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen/production environment
- Fluent in spoken English and able to communicate clearly with the team
- Quick learner and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
- Kitchen or food production experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Must be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday




- Must be comfortable with an early 4:00 AM start time

Responsibilities

- Plate and portion prepared meals according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain consistency and presentation standards
- Prepare ingredients and garnishes as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Keep the production area clean and organized
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Communicate and work closely with the kitchen team
