Join our vibrant team at Hotel Montreal Metropolitan, An Ascend Collection Hotel as we seek a Night Audit/ Front Desk to be the welcoming face during our overnight hours. As the primary contact point during these quieter hours, you'll blend the roles of a Front Desk Agent with the responsibility of balancing accounts from the day's shifts and attending to guest needs.

Responsibilities:

· Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures;

· Manage all incoming phone calls and processes new reservations;

· Address guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy;

· Oversee all night audit functions;

· Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions;

· Balance all revenue and settlement accounts each night;

· Maintain organized files and prepare for the next day’s operations;

· Flexibility to undertake any other duties as required;





Skills and qualifications:

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.

· A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

· Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.

· Previous experience with Mews is advantageous.

· Availability for evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

· Shift timing: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
