Ar Rashaad Academy seeks a qualified female Arabic language instructor with native fluency and a passion for inspiring students.

Qualifications:

- Native or near native proficiency in Arabic

- Good communication skills in English (verbal/written)

- Previous experience teaching Arabic to students of diverse age groups and proficiency levels

- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Adaptability

- Proficiency in technology tools, particularly educational platforms

- Strong organisational skills

- Collaboration

- Proactivity and ability to utilize creative teaching methods.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives

- Develop and deliver interactive Arabic language lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs and proficiency levels of students

- Tailor instructions to meet the diverse needs of students

- Assess student progress through a variety of tools

- Provide constructive feedback

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Collaborate with colleges to develop curriculum and instructional

material

- Conduct formal and informal assessments including report cards

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.

Compensation:

- Depends upon education and previous working experience.

Job Type:

- Self-employed contract position, part time or full time.
- Under the self-employed contract, the employees will be paid at an

hourly rate. We do not offer sick days, holidays or advantages.

- Employees must submit their taxes as a self-employed contractor.
