Overview

Our Janitors plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest experience at Castle Mountain Resort. This position ensures all resort buildings remain clean, organized, and welcoming by performing tasks such as floor care, bathroom sanitation, washing walls, windows, and doors, dishwashing, and waste removal. A tidy, well-kept environment helps create the mountain experience our guests and staff love. As part of the Castle team, you’ll also enjoy the perks of mountain life — ski and ride breaks are built into your work week, and you can hit the slopes for free on your days off!

What We Offer You

- Full mountain ski/snowboard pass
- Full time employment 30-40hr/week
- This is a seasonal position with the possibility of extension into the Summer
- $15.75/hour starting wage

Responsibilities

- Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and polishing
- Ensuring all resort facilities are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Notifying managers/supervisors of any damages, deficits, and/or disturbances
- Adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety, and being aware of and following all company-related practices
- Fill all paper towels, toiletry dispensers and refilling soap dispensers.
- Proper labelling, dilution, and use of chemicals

Qualifications





- Previous janitorial experience is an asset but not necessary (we can train)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong time management capabilities
- Passion for the ski industry
- Available weekends, evenings, and holidays

Where We Are

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building in office for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees.
