Junior Law Clerk - Subdivision Development

Toronto, ON

Our client, a highly regarded and well established law firm located in mid town Toronto, is actively seeking a Junior Law Clerk to join its growing team! This is an all in office role.

If you have 1 year of experience in residential real estate purchase, sales, mortgage & refi's and are interested in learning subdivision development work, look no further! This client will train! In this role you will work alongside and assist two senior real estate law clerks.

Primary Duties:

- Supporting the Subdivision Development practice;
- Preparation and drafting of correspondence and legal documents;
- Organization/coordination of files/closing;
- Other general duties as required

Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications:

- 1 year of real estate experience;
- Law Clerk Diploma required;




- Proficiency with MS Office (Word & Excel), Unity Software, PC Law, LDD;
- Ability to transcribe dictation for the preparation of real estate agreements and condominium documents is an asset;
- Robust verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
