Outbound Call Centre Representative

We are looking for reliable, outgoing, and professional individuals to join our outbound contact centre team.

In this role, you will contact physician offices using a provided call list to collect, confirm, and update information for client marketing programs.

This is not a sales position. There is no selling, cold pitching, or commission-based work.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound calls to physician offices
- Confirm and collect contact and office information
- Accurately record information in our systems
- Follow campaign scripts and procedures
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach on every call

What we’re looking for

- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Call centre, customer service, retail, or telephone experience is an asset
- B2B calling experience is an asset
- English required; French is an asset

Schedule and work conditions





- In office position
- Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
- Part-time and full-time schedules available
- Some flexibility in scheduling for part-time employees

Compensation

- $16.60 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance
